Terms & Privacy

Last updated: April 19, 2026. This page covers both our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy for True Form X.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services offered by Hazvex Ltd ("Hazvex," "we," "us") under the True Form Xbrand (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

True Form X provides software tools that use machine learning, computer vision, and generative artificial intelligence to analyse athletic movement and physical performance from video, images, and sensor data you provide. Features include but are not limited to:

  • Movement and technique analysis across multiple sports (e.g. soccer, strength training)
  • Biomechanical profiling, mobility and balance assessment, and injury-risk indicators
  • Body composition estimation from photos and video
  • Shot power measurement and accuracy tracking
  • AI-generated reports, scores, ratings, and nutritional guidance
  • Leaderboards, peer challenges, and facility-hosted competitions
  • Shareable athlete profiles and scan cards
  • Live AI coaching (Pro+)
  • Facility and gym management tools for operators

The Service is a technology tool, not a person, coach, clinician, or licensed professional. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2. Not professional, medical, or coaching advice

Outputs of the Service (including scores, labels, cues, summaries, biomechanical profiles, body-composition estimates, injury-risk indicators, nutritional guidance, or any other content) are general information only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; physical therapy or rehabilitation advice; nutritional or dietary prescription; or personalised coaching, programming, or supervision. You should not treat any output as a substitute for in-person evaluation by a qualified professional who can assess your health, mobility, and training history. You alone decide whether and how to train; you are solely responsible for your technique, load selection, volume, recovery, and any consequences of your training.

3. Generative AI; inaccuracies; use at your own risk

The Service relies on generative and predictive models that may produce incorrect, incomplete, inconsistent, or misleading results — including misidentifying movements, mis-scoring form, producing inaccurate body-composition estimates, omitting important risks, or suggesting cues that are inappropriate for your situation. Such errors may occur without warning. You use the Service entirely at your own risk. You must independently verify any information before relying on it for training, health, or dietary decisions. If you choose to follow or act on any suggestion from the Service, you do so voluntarily and with full understanding of these limitations.

4. Your content; video upload and storage

When you record or upload videos, images, or other content ("Your Content") through the Service, that content is transmitted to and stored on our cloud infrastructure (not solely on your device). Your Content may be transmitted to third-party compute providers for AI analysis (see our Privacy Policy for details). You retain ownership of Your Content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, analyse, and display it as necessary to provide the Service — including generating derived outputs such as highlight reels, share cards, and public open-graph preview images.

You represent that you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. If Your Content includes other individuals, you are responsible for obtaining their consent.

5. Assumption of risk; release; indemnification; hold harmless

You expressly acknowledge that physical training and athletic activity involve inherent risks of injury, property damage, or other harm. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily assume all risks arising from or related to your access to or use of the Service, including risks arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs or from following any cues, scores, or recommendations (whether or not such outputs are accurate).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue True Form X, its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any kind (including negligence) arising out of or connected with your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs, including personal injury, emotional distress, or property damage, whether or not caused in whole or in part by the Released Parties — except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmlessthe Released Parties from and against any and all third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense.

6. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

7. Subscriptions, credits, and payments

The Service offers several payment models: recurring subscriptions, one-time scan purchases, credit packs, and per-use fees for features such as shot-power measurement and accuracy tracking. Pricing is described at checkout and, where applicable, on facility pricing pages. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until you cancel through the billing tools we provide. Credits are non-refundable once used. Taxes may apply where required by law. All payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

8. Facility operators

If you operate a facility on True Form Xyou are additionally responsible for: (a) maintaining accurate pricing and availability information; (b) obtaining necessary consents from athletes you scan or enrol; (c) complying with all applicable laws regarding the collection and use of athlete data through the Service; and (d) the accuracy of any branding or content you publish via the Service. Revenue splits and payouts are handled through Stripe Connect and governed by Stripe's terms in addition to these Terms.

9. Leaderboards, challenges, and public content

Certain features allow your data to become visible to other users or the public. When you opt into a leaderboard, enter a challenge, or share a scan, your chosen display name, scores, and related metrics may be visible to others. Publicly shared scan cards and athlete profile cards generate preview images accessible via direct URL. You can control leaderboard participation through opt-in settings at intake.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempt to reverse engineer or overload our systems, no uploading of content that infringes others' rights or that is abusive or illegal. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

11. Intellectual property

True Form X, its branding, and the Service (excluding Your Content) are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in line with these Terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that outputs will be correct, safe, or suitable for you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Form X and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hazvex Ltd ("Hazvex," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the True Form X service (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

a. Account data

Email address, authentication credentials (stored securely by our auth provider), and profile details you choose to provide such as display name and profile photo.

b. Physical and athletic information

Information you provide during scan intake: age, sex, height, weight, sport, playing position, dominant foot, training frequency, activity level, training goals, and any injuries or conditions you disclose. This data is used to personalise analysis and is stored with your scan record.

c. Video, images, and recordings

Videos, photos, and other media you record or upload through the Service are transmitted to and stored in our cloud storage infrastructure. This includes movement recordings, body-composition photos, shot-power clips, accuracy-session recordings, and form-check videos. Videos are retained with your scan data and may be used to generate derived outputs such as highlight reels and share-card images.

d. Biomechanical and derived data

The Service generates data from your recordings including joint angles, pose landmarks, movement scores, biomechanical profiles, body-composition estimates, silhouette measurements, injury-risk indicators, shot-speed measurements, accuracy metrics, and AI-generated narrative reports. This derived data is stored alongside your scan records.

e. Live coaching (Pro+)

If you use the live-coaching feature, text transcripts and an AI-generated summary are saved with your workout session so you can review them later. Audio is streamed for real-time processing but is not permanently stored.

f. Payment and billing data

Payment details are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, transaction records, and credit balances, but we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

g. Device, usage, and technical data

Browser or device type, operating system, IP address, approximate location, pages visited, feature usage, and error logs for security, reliability, and analytics.

h. Camera and microphone

The Service requests access to your device camera (for recording movement video and capturing photos) and, for live-coaching users, your microphone. These permissions are requested via your browser and can be revoked at any time through your device settings. We do not access the camera or microphone in the background.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide the Service, including AI-powered movement analysis, biomechanical profiling, body-composition estimation, scoring, report generation, and nutritional guidance.
  • Process your videos and images through machine-learning models (computer vision, pose estimation, object detection, depth estimation, and large language models) to generate analysis outputs.
  • Authenticate your account and protect against fraud and abuse.
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions and credits, and communicate about billing or important service changes.
  • Power leaderboards, challenges, and social features you opt into.
  • Generate shareable content such as scan cards, athlete profile cards, highlight reels, and open-graph preview images.
  • Send transactional emails (e.g. scan reports, invitations, booking confirmations).
  • Measure and improve the Service through analytics and usage monitoring.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. How we share information

We share data with the following categories of service providers who help us operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by contractual obligations to protect it:

  • Cloud infrastructure and storage: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and Vercel (application hosting).
  • AI and machine-learning providers: Your videos, images, and related data may be sent to Google (Gemini), OpenAI, Moonshot (Kimi), and our GPU compute provider (Modal) for AI analysis. These providers process data to generate your reports, scores, and biomechanical outputs.
  • Payment processing: Stripe processes all payment transactions. Facility payouts are handled via Stripe Connect.
  • Email: Resend delivers transactional emails on our behalf.
  • Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel / Conversions API for usage analytics and marketing attribution. See Section 4 below.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

When you opt into leaderboards, challenges, or sharing features, certain information (display name, scores, metrics, preview images) becomes visible to other users or the public as described in those features.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and analytics:

  • Essential cookies: Authentication session cookies required for the Service to function.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (measurement ID: G-049NPF9ZG4) to understand how the Service is used.
  • Marketing: Meta Pixel for conversion tracking and advertising measurement. The Meta Conversions API may transmit hashed identifiers (email, name), IP address, and user-agent data to Meta for attribution.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using the Service.

5. Facility-managed data

If you are scanned or enrolled at a facility using True Form X, the facility operator acts as an independent controller of the athlete data they collect through the Service (including your name, email, sport details, and scan results). The facility's own privacy practices apply in addition to this policy. We process this data on behalf of the facility to provide the Service.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Videos and scan data are retained with your account unless you request deletion. Retention periods may vary by data type and jurisdiction.

7. Security

We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and time-limited signed URLs for video access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage some settings in your account (including leaderboard opt-in, display name, and profile photo); for other requests including data deletion, contact us as described below. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages.

9. International transfers

Our service providers operate in multiple countries. Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a facility operator scans a minor, the operator is responsible for obtaining parental or guardian consent. If you believe we have collected data from a child without appropriate consent, contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
